To all of you who have taken the trouble to sign me up for the Gens du coeur contest, organized by Radio-Canada, I send you a huge thank you. I am very touched by your actions, your involvement, your good words and your encouragement

As mentioned on the contest website, here is the next steps:

“On March 7, 2011, a jury will choose ten (10) finalists from all the applications received. Each of the finalists will receive a donation of 1 000, which will be donated to the charitable work of their choice.

From March 16 to April 3, 2011, the nominations of the Ten (10) finalists will be put on line for a public vote.

The ten (10) finalists will be received on the show for pleasure aired on Friday, April 8, 2011. During this show, we will know the result of the public vote and the name of the volunteer Coup de Coeur is unveiled.

AN AMOUNT OF 20 000 WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CHARITY OF THE WINNER’S CHOICE. ”

As mentioned earlier, this money will be used to set up a foundation to support my efforts and thus help people living in similar situations.
